SERVICE INFORMATION FOR INDIA
A clear scope. An informed decision.
Products and intended use
Insecticide selection must take account of registration for the intended use in India and the approved label and leaflet. Ask which product is proposed, the target pest and area, the application method, and the preparation and access precautions that apply. A product suitable for one setting should not be assumed suitable for every room or property.
Preparation, PPE and re-entry
Preparation, protective equipment, ventilation and re-entry instructions depend on the selected product, method and site conditions. Discuss children, pets, food, water, sensitive-use areas and access needs before work. There is no universal waiting period or blanket “harmless” treatment claim that replaces product-specific instructions. Illustrative service photographs are not a prescription for the protective equipment required for every task.
Written quotations and service terms
A quotation should identify covered pests and areas, the proposed work, preparation, access, visit frequency, charges and applicable taxes, follow-up arrangements and exclusions. Any warranty must state its period, conditions and remedy in writing. An AMC does not automatically include every pest or an unlimited number of visits.
Credentials and specialised work
Applicable operator licensing and any permissions needed for the proposed work should be confirmed before a service is accepted. Licence details and any relevant permissions should match the provider and the proposed operation. Structural repairs, engineering advice and specialised fumigation should not be assumed to form part of a general pest-control visit.
Indian reference framework
These official sources provide the regulatory background for the general information above. Individual service suitability and operational requirements still depend on the proposed work and applicable authorities.
